Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers big spaces indoors and outdoors with a cozy lobby featuring a nice fireplace, making it a great choice for a visit in any season. The hotel manager is very pleasant and helpful, but there are some issues with noisy AC in the bedrooms, old wooden doors, and a lack of hooks for bath towels.
The hotel offers spacious and warm rooms with a really nice view, but lacks some basic amenities like tissues and a kettle. The soundproofing could be improved. The service was lackluster, with minimal effort put into cleaning and service requests. The location in the mountains was excellent, but Easter week brought some crowds. The dining experience was good, with a decent selection but some delays. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs to work on its service and room amenities.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was stunning, nestled at the top of a mountain with breathtaking views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying fresh air. The rooms, unfortunately, were a letdown with no air conditioning and a cramped layout, right across from the noisy elevator. The cleanliness left much to be desired, especially the dirty floors in the room and restaurant during breakfast.
