The hotel manager is very pleasant and helpful, but there are some issues with noisy AC in the bedrooms, old wooden doors, and a lack of hooks for bath towels.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was stunning, nestled at the top of a mountain with breathtaking views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying fresh air. The rooms, unfortunately, were a letdown with no air conditioning and a cramped layout, right across from the noisy elevator. The cleanliness left much to be desired, especially the dirty floors in the room and restaurant during breakfast.
